30min Booty Workout #4

Exercise 1 – Squat Press (3 sets) 100kg 10-15 reps

Exercise 2 combo- Smith Machine squat and body weight squat (3 sets)

Smith Machine squat -standard squat stance (medium weight 20kgs)

Body weight squat 10 reps (down for 4, up for 4 counts)

No rest in-between exercises, short rest between sets only!

Exercise 3 – 40sec Hip Thruster Challenge by the @glute.guru (3 sets)

I managed to get out 27, 33, 30 reps using 30kgs

Next time I will increase my weight by 5kgs and beat 33
EXERCISE 4- Hack Squat (3sets)

No weight, 10 reps or to failure (fast down-hold at the bottom and up for 4)
