Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at CherryDTV.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it as long as it is not a personalised item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty Returns
If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds to the CherryDTV VIP Subscription MimmynVovo has a strict no refund policy. 

If you buy a subscription that automatically renews, you may cancel the subscription any time before the end of the current billing period and the cancellation will take effect on the next billing period. You retain access to the subscription from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period and will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period. To cancel a subscription, please contact the payment processor that you paid through, which in most cases is
