Writing your intention on a piece of paper using the technique of S.M.A.R.T goals will help you get a clear picture of what you specifically want.

S.M.A.R.T goals are a tool to help you get specific and to help you improve the chances of succeeding.

• S – Specific
  What specifically do you want?
• M – Measurable & Meaningful to you.
  Meaning how will you know you’ve achieved it and how will it make you feel when you’ve achieved it?
• A – As if now / Achievable
  Write your intention is present tense, as if it is happening now. Make sure it’s achievable for you.
• R – Realistic
  Is the goal within reach and relevant in your life?
• T – Timed
  When will this happen?

When you are writing your intention/goal for Sex Magic follow the S.M.A.R.T guideline for the best possible results.

A good example of a clear intention using the S.M.A.R.T method;
• It is 7pm Tuesday the 22nd of December 2021 and a new client has just deposited $1000 into my bank account. I’m feeling great because I know my worth and so do others.
• It’s 8am Monday the 3rd of February 2023, I have 10 people signed up to my workshop and they have all paid in full.
• It’s 6am Wednesday morning and I’m looking at my fit and trim body in the mirror. I am proud of myself. I have achieved my goal weight of 60kgs because I have put in the work.

Sex Magic; Visualisation and Masturbation

Okay, so now you’re super clear of your intention on paper! Now, you’ve gotta feel how it feels to already have it baby! It’s time to meditate on it through the act of visualisation and since we’re focusing on magic for yourself, let’s focus on self-pleasure. 

Avoid immediately going straight for your genitals. You can sit down or lay down and imagine you have already achieved your goal. Notice how it feels inside your body to have achieved this.
